Payment requirements: To confirm sleeping rooms in a Room Block they must be secured with the individual’s valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Guests have up to 72-hours in advance of arrival date to cancel without penalty of first night room rate plus tax. Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of one night’s Rate plus applicable taxes will apply if attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
Any attendee wishing special consideration for early or late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of check-in or departure. Should the Hotel allow for early check-in or late check-out a half-day rate may be imposed.
Smoking
A fee of up to $250 will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
Hotel Amenities
All sleeping rooms offer Complimentary coffee, tea, mini fridge, bottled water, and safe. Complimentary wifi in sleeping rooms and lobby. Registered attendees will also have access to wifi in the meeting space.

Parking
Discounted self-parking is available in the adjacent covered garage at a discounted group rate of $40 overnight, plus tax, allowing unlimited in and out privileges.
Getting There
The Louis Armstrong International Airport is approximately 20-30 minutes (15 miles) from the hotel depending on time of day. Taxis are available outside the baggage claim area for approximately $36.00 – $40.00 each way.
Uber and Lyft are also available. Cost depends on demand.
